BiCSI RCDD® - Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD®) is a designation for individuals who demonstrate expertise in the design, integration, and implementation of telecommunications (voice, data, video, audio, and other low-voltage control) transport systems and their related infrastructure components. An RCDD is responsible for the detailed design of new systems and/or the integration of a design into an existing system. RCDD is a designation globally recognized within the telecommunications industry.

Matt Baker, RCDD: Matt started his career in the telecommunications industry in 1982. During the mid 1980's Matt led a team of installers providing service and distribution cabling for over 10,000 multi-dwelling units in the greater Houston area. He achieved the designation of BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer in July 1997. He has been involved in numerous Structured Cabling System installations from the initial site survey and design through installation and project acceptance with heavy emphasis on system design and project estimating. Matt is also well versed in the design and installation of Electronic Key Telephone Systems, Paging Systems, Security and CCTV Systems, Fiber Optic Solutions and Video Distribution Systems.

Curtis Driver, Limited Partner
Curtis Driver: Curtis has been in the Telecommunications Industry since 1991. As technical foreman and operations manager for (3) telecommunications firms he has project managed many Structured Cabling System installations as well as Paging Systems, Fiber Optic Solutions, Cable Suspension Systems and Raised Cable Floor Systems. Curtis is proficient in splicing, termination and testing of optical fiber, coaxial cable, UTP and STP cables in both inside plant and outside plant environments.

Dave Baker

Dave Baker: Dave comes to us from the HCA Bayshore Medical Center where he served as the on site voice/data technician. With Bayshore Dave maintained the Nortel Meridian PBX phone switch and handled all service requests for moves, adds, changes, as well as smaller scale projects for both the Telecommunications and Information Technology directors. Additionally Dave was responsible for supervising contractors working on larger scale infrastructure cabling projects. Prior to his tenure at Bayshore, Dave has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 1994 serving as technician and project manager for two prominent cabling contractors in the Houston area. Dave is well versed in the design, installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems, key telephone and PBX phone systems, and overhead paging systems.
